About
Body Hang Out.
Body Hang Out (BHO) is a space for everyone in pursuit of personal growth, health, and well-being. Some of the practices we offer are physical training, Asana Yoga, meditations, and breathing exercises. We focus on body movement and physical activation as a source to stay balanced and manage stress.
This is an invitation to move into your body in a conscious way while in the present moment.
The aim of BHO is to build a community with the mission of enriching your daily life. It is about improving and finding better ways of relating with others and your surrounding environment.

Meet Lau.
Hola!
I’m Lau from Mendoza at the foot of the Andes mountains in Argentina. I am passionate about food which brought me around the world seeking new ingredients and combinations of flavors. This continuous search also brought me closer to nature and plants, and around 10 years ago I began practicing with native medicines from South America.
A few years later I decided to explore and practice Transcendental Meditation. After that I complemented with Yoga where I graduated as a Yoga teacher from "UrbanOm" in Stockholm in 2017.

My road continued further with Zen Coaching, which is about listening with the heart. I really enjoy supporting people and helping them achieve inner peace and stress reduction, this is why Yoga is so important for me.

Finally, another passion for me is the Andean Amazonic Cosmovision where I am an active student and practitioner. It is another way of perceiving and interacting with reality that is completely different from the Western worldview. It is truly quite mind blowing.
To conclude, I enjoy sharing my energy with others and help guide them through life's ups and downs. Sharing what I learned from my experience either through listening sessions, plants, meditation or yoga is my true passion. I hope we can meet and experience this energy exchange together.
